M’PHERSON v. HYNDS.

A nonsuit should not be set aside by agreement at the bar without the knowledge and agency of the Court.

The plaintiff had suffered a nonsuit, which had been set aside by agreement at the bar without the knowledge or agency of the Court.

Per Curiam.

This cannot be done in future without the consent of the Court.
